Jeremy "Opie" Lade was born and raised in Oconto, WI and currently resides in Milton, WI with his wife, Melissa and their two dogs.  Opie received his BSE in Physical education and MSE in Higher Education Leadership from UW-Whitewater.  He was the Associate Director of Wheelchair Athletics for 12 years and is currently an Academic Advisor.  Jeremy has won two national championships at UW-Whitewater as an athlete and six national championships as a coach.  He has also represented Team USA at three Paralympics in the sport of wheelchair basketball (Athens, Beijing, London).
