Lisa Krejcarek, associate lecturer, received her undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee. Her main interests are in early childhood education, curriculum and instruction, as well as education policies and community studies. Ms. Krejcarek’s current projects include integrating the Next Generation Science Standards into current curriculum, assisting teacher candidates in the state’s new licensing requirements, and supervising teacher candidates in their final stages of study. Ms. Krejcarek feels her role at the university is to set a good scholarly, and personal, example for her students. She believes that the model of responsible intellectual inquiry set by a teacher makes an enormous impact.
