<i>In addition to serving as an Adjunct Instructor in Supply Chain Management at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Dr. Fathema works as a researcher and evaluator at UW-Madison. She has taught a wide variety of Operations Management and business courses in the US and abroad for over ten years. Being a Fulbright alumnus, she applies a multicultural teaching approach in her classroom. With her overseas industry experience, she brings diverse perspectives to her teaching. Her research interests span across disciplines incorporating her background in business and education. Her research includes modeling and analyses of web-technology adoption and its impact on teaching-learning processes. She also studies and evaluates technology-based innovative, inclusive and active learning practices in higher education</i>
