I teach IT courses in the Department of IT and Supply Chain Management, the College of Business and Economics at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, the number one business school in Wisconsin. These include online, hyflex, and faced-to-face classes on business process and ERPs, service architectures, business continuity/disaster recovery, and cyber-security. I taught machine learning, predictive analytics, data mining, supply chain analytics, and emerging technologies at the IT, Analytics, and Operations department in the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.

I published a book "Future Automation - Changes to Lives and to Businesses" which is on the impact to current business models from systems that combine analytics, machine learning, predictive analytics and other technologies to deliver capabilities equal to and surpassing that of most human workers. I am writing a second book about managing the future and it is due out by the end of the year.

I have spent over 25 years as an enterprise architect and program manager, working with strategy practices to create business strategies and the high performance architectures needed to implement the strategies. Much of this work involved moving companies to new data architectures with the most recent being the cloud. I have developed new teams for clients in the area of analytics, architecture, and project management. For 10 years I have designed and implemented what we now call models for descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
