I graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Madison in the spring of 2023 with my Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. During my undergraduate studies I interned with and later worked for the UW Child Development Lab. In that time, I worked with infants, young toddlers, and preschool aged children. It was there where I established a foundational understanding of classroom teaching and child development and ultimately fell in love with early childhood education. Following my graduation, I joined the Children's Center team and worked to help get the brand new Drop In Childcare Site up and running! I worked as the Lead Teacher and Site Manager in the space for it's first year. I enjoyed all of the unique challenges that opening a new site brought and of course, meeting so many wonderful children and families! I look forward to seeing what the site's future has in store! 

I greatly enjoy working with families and young children, and believe in the power of high quality early childhood education. I am currently working towards my Master's of Education degree in Early Childhood Education Policy here at UW-Whitewater, where I hope to gain expertise in policy creation and reform. I dream of one day being able to take my classroom expertise and put it to work supporting Early Childhood Educators, young children, and their families at the institutional level. In my time outside of work I enjoy being outdoors, reading, cooking, and spending time with my family!

Faculty & Staff should contact Human Resources to update their campus information. To update personal information, they should use the HRS system by visiting My Wisconsin Portal.
