CARR, TIMOTHY

At UW-Whitewater

Started out my business career working in my family's mortgage business. Upon completion of my BBA, I worked on the credit side of commercial banking working with companies in many different industries. The main focus was on healthcare facilities, primarily nursing homes, manufacturing, and real estate developers. I then pursued my MBA. Upon completion, I went to work for an investment bank as an equity trader. I started out trading many manufacturers with the later focus on technology and software companies. Eventually I left and started a business with locations in two states working with kids that have neurological and neuro behavioral disorders. I am a licensed signing agent and invest personally in real estate and the stock market with other investors when I am not teaching Real Estate, Business Finance, or Entrepreneurial Finance at UWW. I am also Assistant Director of the Launchpad Program, Consult for Startup Businesses, and actively participate in various Startups.
