For 35 years I was a trial attorney with hundreds of court appearances before state and federal judges. I<i> </i>handled large caseloads of litigated and non-litigated matters defending fortune 500 companies, public entities, including school districts and municipalities, insured and self-insured individuals involving a wide range of matters from premises and product liability, construction, real property, landlord-tenant, insurance, contracts and professional negligence issues. I taught trial practice at University of California Hastings College Trial Advocacy Program and have presented on a variety of subjects to trade organizations and law firms. I am licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and California and a member of the Walworth County Bar Association.<br><br>I am now the Municipal Judge for the City of Whitewater and a Lecturer of Business Law in COBE at UW Whitewater. At UWW I am also the campus advisor to Phi Delta Theta fraternity, and a mentor for the University Leadership Academy program. <br>I am a member of the City of Whitewater’s Board of Zoning Appeals and the Ethics Committee, and work on the Finance and Legal Committee for the Whitewater Grocery Cooperative. I am an active member of the Whitewater Kiwanis Club.
