Miss Zierath is a UW-Whitewater 2010 graduate. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with licenses to teach both French and English to Speakers of Other Languages. She joined the Department of Sociology, Criminology and Anthropology in April 2014 as the Academic Department Associate. She runs the Department's blog, Facebook Page, and Twitterfeed along with her other general duties.

As of May 2017, Miss Zierath completed her Master's of Science in Education, Professional Development, in Higher Education Leadership.

She lives in Milton, WI and loves spending time with her family. She also loves to cook, bake, craft, sew, play video games, read, write, and participate in pub trivia. In the fall, you'll likely see her at Warhawk games and campus plays and musical events, as well as lectures. She loves to learn and is active in the arts, singing in her church's choirs, or volunteering with various activities there. On Thursday nights, you'll find her hosting the pub trivia here in Whitewater at Second Salem Brewery.
